Who is responsible

AICLIPSE TECH LLP operates Vencavo at vencavo.com and app.vencavo.com. This policy covers the website, workspace application, API, MCP service and support. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or requests.

We determine how information is used for accounts, billing, security and our professional directory. Your workspace determines the purposes for its own uploaded content and notes. Contact us before uploading information that requires a separate data processing agreement or transfer arrangement.

Information we handle

Account information includes your name, email, password hash, verification status, workspace membership and security settings. Workspace information includes searches, saved lists, notebook entries, authorized connections and usage receipts. Authentication secrets and protected contact channels have restricted access.

Billing records include plan, customer and payment references, subscription status, credit grants and usage. Dodo Payments handles checkout and payment details as merchant of record. We do not receive your full card number or security code.

Requests generate technical information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, route, status and request identifiers. We also handle support messages you send. Do not send credentials, authenticator codes or unnecessary personal information.

Our directory includes retained professional contact records, profile links, job and company context, geography and separately protected email or phone evidence. These originate from third-party source datasets and company enrichment observations, rather than every person signing up directly. Information can be historical, incomplete or inaccurate. A contact record is not proof of consent to marketing.

Why we use information

We use information to secure and verify accounts, deliver workspace features, process authorized searches and contact access, record credit usage, manage subscriptions, send service messages and respond to support or privacy requests. We also prevent abuse, investigate incidents, enforce our terms and meet legal obligations.

Where applicable law requires a lawful basis, these purposes rely on performing our agreement, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in operating a secure business service. Where consent is required, we ask for it and you can withdraw it. Business interests do not override rights provided by law.

Public website demonstrations use fictional records in your browser. They do not search the live directory. On the current public deployment, the enquiry form prepares an email draft. We receive the contents only if you send the message through your email application.

Who receives information

Workspace members can see shared records according to their permissions. Connected API or AI clients can receive information and act within delegated permissions. Review their privacy practices before connecting them. Their retention and model-training settings are outside our control.

Our providers include Cloudflare for request protection, Vercel for the public website, AWS for infrastructure and storage, Resend for transactional email, Zoho for support mail, and Dodo Payments for checkout, taxes and payments. They receive information needed for their role and may process it outside your country. Payment providers also have their own legal obligations.

Authorized customers can access professional directory information for permitted business use. This disclosure can constitute a sale under some privacy laws. It is separate from advertising tracking. We do not claim that business contact information is exempt from privacy law.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or during a business transfer subject to appropriate obligations. We do not add advertising pixels or sell account activity to advertising networks.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed for its purpose, legal requirements and open disputes or security investigations. Deleting an account does not erase another workspace’s records or financial and security records that must remain. Search responses have a 30-day retry replay window. That is not the retention period for financial receipts. Restricted backups may persist until their backup lifecycle ends. Retained source data has a separate lifecycle from customer accounts. Contact us about a specific record or retention requirement.

We use encrypted transport, access controls, scoped credentials, rate limits and restricted operator access. No service can promise absolute security. Report suspected issues privately to [email protected] without exploiting other accounts or sending unrelated personal data.

Access, correction, removal and objections

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to processing and directory disclosure where applicable law grants these rights. You do not need a paid account. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”. For a directory record, include a professional profile URL or enough business context to identify it. Say whether you want access, correction, removal, or to opt out of disclosure or sale. Do not send identity documents unless we request a necessary, proportionate verification method.

We verify requests as needed to protect information, explain any lawful exception and respond within the period required by applicable law. Authorized agents can provide evidence of authority. Ordinary valid requests do not require payment or account creation. A directory request does not close your customer account unless you also ask for that.

Account and workspace closure controls are in the signed-in app. Contact support if you cannot access them. Customers are responsible for notices, permissions and objections that apply to their own use of information and outreach.
