The quote identifies the channel, evidence version, cost, and whether the workspace already holds that evidence. It contains no protected email or phone value. Eligible phone evidence covers direct and mobile numbers, with company boardlines excluded.
Approve the specific evidence and cost
Approve a maximum of one credit for new work-email evidence or five credits for new direct or mobile phone evidence. A changed evidence version needs a fresh quote and approval. A client must not turn an earlier approval into permission for new evidence.
Keep retries tied to the same operation
An unlock requires channels:write and an operation key. An exact retry preserves the credential, key, and arguments. An uncertain response is a reason to recover the original operation, not create a new paid request. Same-evidence unlocks already held by the workspace are free.
Budget by the operation you approve.
App users, REST integrations, and MCP clients share one workspace credit balance. Search pages and contact unlocks spend separately. A free operation still counts against request limits.
