What would a research session cost?

For example, five nonempty results pages, 20 work-email unlocks and five direct or mobile phone unlocks cost 50 credits in total. Opening profiles and saving the shortlist cost no credits. This is a usage example, not a guarantee that a contact has an available channel.

What happens when I change or cancel a plan?

Upgrades show a prorated charge and credit increase before approval and keep your renewal date. Downgrades apply at the next renewal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; current benefits continue until period end. Monthly credits expire at the end of their paid period and do not roll over. Purchased packs last 12 months.

Read the refund and cancellation policy. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record.

What happens when I unlock the same contact again?

Repeating access to the same evidence already unlocked by your workspace is free. New evidence needs a fresh quote and approval. Contact availability describes historical evidence and does not guarantee current deliverability.

How do search retries work?

Each nonempty page costs one credit. Retry the exact request with the same operation key to replay its recorded result without another debit. A new page uses a new operation key. Read the search and credit rules.

Can I use the app, API, and MCP together?

Yes. They use the same workspace permissions and credit balance. Create scoped developer access from your workspace’s developer settings. Read the MCP setup guide.
