Our current approach
Cookies, local storage and session storage keep information on your device. This policy covers them on vencavo.com and app.vencavo.com, operated by AICLIPSE TECH LLP.
We have not installed advertising pixels, cross-site marketing trackers or optional analytics in our website or app. Public fictional examples do not use persistent browser storage. Service storage supports sign-in, security and actions you request. We do not show an “accept all” banner for trackers we do not use.
Cloudflare can set security or challenge cookies when needed to protect requests. Dodo-hosted checkout and external AI clients have their own policies. We do not control storage on external sites.
Sign-in and security cookies
Better Auth cookies use the legacy technical prefix “venacova”, sometimes preceded by a browser security prefix. This internal identifier does not change our brand. They support authenticated sessions, temporary challenges, multi-factor checks and trusted-device choices when requested.
These are service cookies, not advertising identifiers. Lifetimes depend on the session, challenge or trusted-device option. Some end with the browser session; others have an expiry set by authentication. Inspect the actual expiry in your browser’s site-data settings. Signing out ends the authenticated session. A trusted-device cookie can remain until expiry or removal.
Blocking security and authentication cookies can prevent sign-in, verification or protected actions. Allowing them does not give permission for advertising.
Workspace and tab storage
A local-storage entry beginning “venacova:workspace:” remembers your selected workspace identifier. It has no automatic browser expiry and remains until replaced or cleared. It does not grant access; the server checks membership.
Tab-scoped session storage supports verification and reset screens, available MFA methods, safe retry of a search or save, and an account-deletion receipt you can forget. Entries can contain an email address, pending action information or a short-lived receipt. They support the requested flow, not marketing. Session storage normally ends when a tab closes, although browsers can restore it with a session.
Use “Forget receipt” to remove a deletion receipt. Clear site data after using a shared device. Clearing retry information can prevent recovery of a pending action. It does not cancel a completed server action or reverse a credit debit.
Your controls
Inspect, block or delete cookies and storage in your browser’s privacy or site-data settings. Clearing app.vencavo.com data signs you out and removes local recovery information. It does not cancel subscriptions or delete server records.
There are no optional analytics or advertising categories to enable. If we add non-essential tracking, we will update this policy and provide an appropriate choice before enabling it where consent is required. Essential access will not depend on agreeing to optional advertising.
